GUESS HOW MUCH AND HOW MANY COINS IN THE 30TH BIRTHDAY POTS

Please see picture below of all the money collected for the PARIBC 30th Birthday pot.  Yes, I know there is more than one pot, but had to put into three pots, as too heavy to lift, when all placed in one bigger pot!  The pots contain no coins above 50p, (i.e. only contain 1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p and 50p coins) and there are no hidden “items” in the pots to make them look full.  It is all just money, in them all!

Half the amount of money collected will go to the Club, but the remaining half of the money can be won by you and is split between the following 2 competitions:-

  1. In the pots, what is the total amount of money collected, (all 3 pots combined)?
  2. In the pots, what is the total number of coins collected, (all 3 pots combined)?

Entry is 50p per go and this covers a guess for each comp., (so 50p = 2 guesses) and you can have as many go’s as you want.  All the 50p entry fees collected, will also go into the Club funds.

The pots will be on display in the Club, every Sat and Sun, when the Club is open and also the odd week day / night, from now till the start of November.  After this date, all the money will be counted by the Club and then by the machine in the bank and the official results given out during the Club’s 30th Birthday celebration week.  If you want to enter, then you will have to see Tim Fletcher in person, at the times above.  Admittedly, this may mean you have to put yourselves out, but could be worth it, because if only a few people enter, then you stand more chance of winning.

Thank you for supporting the club.

TIM FLETCHER

**********************

Prince Arthur Road Indoor Bowls Club was founded in 1989 and has one of the largest playing areas in the Kent area with 8 rinks.

It gives the opportunity for all members, including those with a disability, in the Medway and surrounding areas to play bowls all year round.

The Winter season commences at the end of September and culminates with Club Finals and presentations in Mid April.

We then continue with the Summer programme which runs from the end of April to Mid September.

The club has a full programme of bowling to suit all ages and ability ranging from Internal Leagues, Club, National and County Competitions,
Organised Roll Ups and Casual Play.

For the Social bowlers there can be as many as three matches at weekends against external clubs from the South East of England.
Many of these are meal matches that include a fabulous meal provided by our experienced catering team.

The club is situated in Prince Arthur Road, Brompton, Gillingham.

Directions are available in the how to find us section.

We have ample free parking and the buses stop just outside the club.

Regular coaching sessions are held by our fully qualified coaches.

We are always pleased to see new members and visitors.
