Lew Hart Memorial Trophy 2026.
During the winter 2025 / 26, social season, PARIBC managed to complete the double over Kent Police BC, in both of the scheduled matches and in doing so, PARIBC retained the Lew Hart Memorial Trophy. As usual, both matches were very social and close scoring affairs, as is reflected in the two match scores, 84 – 76, (December 2025) and 102 – 92, (April 2026). Pictured below, (kindly taken by Sue Smith), at the conclusion of the 2nd match, played on Thurs 09/04/26, are a very happy PARIBC Captain Glynis Whatman, with the Kent Police BC captain Keith Whitnell and Jan Hilder. Jan, (along with her late husband Ken) and Bill and Judy Duncan, were responsible for inaugurating the Trophy back in 2017. Many thanks to all who played in both matches.
